In addition to our suite of Signature Living Programs, we also offer Signature Services to people with disabilities and youth. These programs help individuals achieve their highest level of independence at home and in the community.
Day Services/Sheltered Employment — Vocational programs prepare people for work and support them in their work situation. Many participants gain work skills and earn money for the first time in work centers supervised by support staff. Vocational specialists help people obtain and maintain employment.
Respite Care/HomeCare — Families who support a person with a disability at home receive care for their family member for several hours or several days at their home or away from home.
Case Management/Support Coordination — Assists individuals with developing personal plans that enable them to live full lives through choosing and realizing their own goals. We educate them about their rights and responsibilities, including the right to make decisions about their lives and care. We also link people to community resources and specific services, assist with procuring benefits and monitor the appropriateness of services. Supports are designed to help people identify and achieve outcomes that enhance quality of life.
Support Services (OT, PT, Speech, Nursing) — We offer a full range of services that incorporate traditional therapies into community-based skill training. Focusing on areas such as self-care, safety awareness, household tasks, problem solving, community integration and relationships, we promote the development of life skills that are vital to autonomy. Participants may be admitted to any program and transition to programs offering greater independence.
