ResCare named Sonny Terrill as chief human resources officer and David Harbour as Residential Services president.
As ResCare’s chief human resources officer, Terrill will be responsible for developing and executing people strategies in support of ResCare’s key strategic initiatives, including recruiting; hiring and onboarding; training; labor management; compensation; employee engagement; rewards; talent and performance management; and optimal HR workflow systems.
As President of Residential Services, Harbour will further ResCare’s mission to be the provider-of-choice in the development of unique and proprietary service offerings – including the connected home model of care – and continue focus on multiple growth opportunities and infrastructure initiatives within Residential Services.
