LOUISVILLE, Ky. – ResCare has named Adam Taylor as president of ResCare Workforce Services (RWS).
Taylor joined RWS earlier this year as chief operating officer.
“Adam’s promotion allows him to accelerate the trust and vision he has established as a leader within the company and – working together with our terrific and dedicated Workforce Services team – take the organization to new heights through a strong focus on quality outcomes, customer relationships and excellence in execution through a people first mindset,” said ResCare President and CEO Jon Rousseau. “Our Workforce Services business creates more jobs in the U.S. every year than any other entity, with top-notch results, and we are proud to be at the heart of skills training and job preparation in the many communities we serve so that we can help people live the best life possible.”
As chief operating officer, Taylor and the leadership team were responsible for overseeing operational excellence and growth within the Job Corps and Career Center operations of RWS. As president, he will maintain those responsibilities, drive innovation, strategy and priority setting, and play an increased role on the company’s executive team.
“For the last four years, ResCare Workforce Services has achieved many stellar accomplishments with a great leadership team and 4,000 caring people across the country,” Taylor said. “During that time, the company has built a team of industry experts who I’m confident are prepared to build upon the high-energy, high-commitment culture that our customers and partners have come to know.”
Taylor joined ResCare from one of the fastest-growing aviation service providers in the world where he oversaw far-flung operations and employee bases in the tens of thousands. He has held multiple leadership roles in his career, including operations, enabling technology design, process improvement, performance management, global account management and sales.
Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
