Congratulations to our Talent Management and Application Services teams – both departments were recognized for innovative technology. We are honored to have been chosen to receive these two prestigious awards, the Cornerstone Advancement in Reinventing Work Award and the QuickBase 2016 Innovation Award.
ResCare Receives Cornerstone’s Advancement in Reinventing Work Award
ResCare received top honors for innovation from Cornerstone OnDemand, one of our technology partners.
Vice President of Human Resources/Talent Management Tom Heetderks and Director of Human Resources Technology Shelly Morgan accepted the Advancement in Reinventing Work Award from Cornerstone at the talent management software company’s annual client conference in Los Angeles.
“We’re so proud of our team and this honor,” said ResCare Chief Human Resources Officer Richard Ivey. “Our innovative partnership with Cornerstone helped ResCare stand out in a pool of high-profile organizations.”
ResCare partners with Cornerstone to advance recruitment, retention and talent development efforts. The award recognizes innovation and excellence.
“We are excited to be one of the five organizations honored with a 2016 RAVE Award for innovation and excellence in talent management,” Heetderks said. “We know how important employee recruitment, training and retention are to ResCare. And we strive for smart, breakthrough talent and technology solutions that can help each of our employees in assisting others to reach their highest level of independence.”
“The award gave us the opportunity to tell others about our organization and the great work that we do,” Morgan said. “It was an honor to share how ResCare is impacting lives every day.”
