Workforce Programs

Workforce development has been Arbor's sole business since 1968. During the past three decades, we've successfully operated a wide range of programs under nine separate pieces of federal legislation. Today Arbor is one of the country’s principal providers of services for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs. We have repeatedly demonstrated expertise in customizing services and developing innovative solutions to meet unique local needs.
