Compliance

ResCare’s first priority is to deliver the highest quality of supports and services to the people we serve. Our ethical and compassionate approach to service delivery and business management is codified in our Compliance Program.

In 2001, the Board of Directors signed the Resolution formally creating the ResCare Compliance Program. Through it, we demonstrate our commitment to compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies. We meet standards that serve as a guide to
each employee’s conduct within our operations and with the people we serve and our stakeholders.

An important element of our Compliance Program is the ResCare Code of Conduct. Each employee receives a copy and learns about the program at staff training.

We are committed to our mission, which is part of our Code of Conduct, and along with the ResCare Quality Way, forms the foundation of ResCare’s Compliance Program.

ResCare directs all our employees to report work situations that may be improper or just “do not feel right.” For employees who want to remain anonymous, we provide a confidential Compliance Action Line.
