ResCare CEO Visiting U.K. Operations

CEO Ralph Groenfeld, Jr., is in the U.K. to meet with the staff of PeopleServe, a member of the ResCare family of companies. Formerly operating as Biscom, PeopleServe offers education, training and employment services across the U.K.'s West Midlands region. The agency operates offices in Birmingham, Stafford, Walsall and Wolverhampton and is a key provider of government-funded welfare-to-work services. In an interview with the Birmingham Post, Groenfeld projected a bright future for PeopleServe, stressing growth opportunities in the U.K. market and his confidence in the agency's local management team, led by veteran director Kay Sutton.
