Nation’s Cities Weekly, a publication of the National League of Cities, has published an article on transitioning foster youth to adulthood that features Philadelphia’s Achieving Independence (AI) Center, a “One-Stop” self-sufficiency center managed by Arbor Education and Training, a ResCare company. The AI Center provides youth transitioning from foster care with support and real-life tools to help them achieve their future goals. Read more.
