Shelia Aegerter

Like a “quiet storm,” Shelia Aegerter, accomplishes a great amount of work while continuing to learn and grow. When Sheila is working a shift, “things happen like magic. And she does it all without bringing attention to herself.”

Some of these “things” include getting individuals she supports enrolled at the gym, walking through town or becoming involved at the senior center. Ms. Aegerter initiates appropriate activities based on the goals of the people she supports “in order to make them not just fun but functional.”
