Quality Support Associate Shari Rome Rogers recently battled breast cancer, stopping in on her own time after chemo treatments to ease the concerns of the individuals she supports who were worried about her health. And once promoted to a supervisor position, she immediately requested a demotion and took a pay cut to be able to work more closely with the individuals she cared about so much. She said that she could have made more money elsewhere but she couldn't have been happier.
