Robert Foster

Mr. Foster routinely initiates outings and encourages individuals to participate by making activities fun and stimulating. He has a unique ability to relate to every person, no matter their personality, ability or need. He provides positive redirection in all tasks, from assisting with haircuts to accompanying them on doctor's appointments.

Mr. and Mrs. Beitzel, parents of an individual Mr. Foster serves, said they recognize Robert's dedication to individuals living at The Willows in his capacity as a trainer on their son's wing.
