Olga Madriz

Certified Nursing Assistant Olga Madriz "has the biggest heart in the world. She smiles all the time no matter if she is working extra or short staffed. Olga says 'if you can't change the situation, then you shouldn't waste time complaining about it.'"

Ms. Madriz stepped in when the Edgewood Center was transitioning to help train and assist the staff and get to know the facility and routine. She also recently spent her day off assisting the people she supports in a local parade.

"Olga takes a lot of extra steps to ensure her clients are happy and healthy."
