Having been promoted up the DSP ladder, Nancy Schaeffer's responsibilities now include those normally performed by two Residential Directors. And, as expected, she turned the program around, securing a one year certification from Kentucky's Department of Mental Retardation. She also unwinds with a guitar, showing the people she serves how to play and sing along.
