LaWanda Pace

Ms. Pace has worked with and supported four young adults since they were children. Through her guidance and care during the past eight years they have grown and developed into capable and skilled young men. She has developed a personal and respectful relationship with each one, bringing out their individual attributes and abilities.

Her devotion is demonstrated through her ability to reach individuals with limited receptive and expressive skills and to draw communicative vocalizations, facial expressions and even a smile from those individuals.
