Hannah Granger

Team Leader Hannah Granger worked diligently to transition a fifty-bed facility to community waiver homes. After the seamless transition, Ms. Granger had a cookout for the new residents. It was her most memorable day on the job.

"Seeing all their smiling faces was great. They all looked happier than before," she said.

"Making the individuals happy and assisting them in reaching their potential, is Hannah's priority." Her number one priority is always looking out for the best interest of the people she supports.
