And that's from Program Manager Eric Klemann's direct supervisor who witnesses how individuals' moods change when he enters a room. Mr. Klemann began working with an individual with juvenile autism, chronic psychosis and intellectual disabilities who acted out with extreme negativity. In less than a year, Mr. Klemann helped turn the young man's life around. The psychiatrist treating the man was so impressed he wrote Mr. Klemann's supervisors praising his work.
