Demetrice Caldwell

Lead Direct Care Staff Demetrice "D.J." Caldwell is "a rock for the staff he works with." Mr. Caldwell "goes above and beyond for the people we serve." He is the first person to greet the individuals he supports in the morning at the day program and treats them as equals while they are there.

Mr. Caldwell is the first to volunteer for projects that require additional staffing and has also developed six new volunteer opportunities for the individuals he serves.

"DJ is here to make the most of each day and to help the individuals we serve, their parents, providers, fellow staff, management and the public to understand the value of each and everyone we serve."
