Known as 'Grandma' to the people she serves, Quality Support Associate Debra Messenger is best known for her work with a troubled teenager. 'Grandma,' all 100 lbs. of her, faced his aggression head on and refused to back down, even after he lashed out violently. She never doubted that he was capable of reaching his goal of living in his own apartment. Just last year he achieved his goal.
