When it comes to caring for the people she serves, Bobbie wears her emotions on her sleeve. Even though part of her job includes going to the emergency room when someone she supports needs immediate medical care, Bobbie stays with them until all medical issues are resolved.

Earlier this year, Ms. Harris asked to take over a home that has several individuals with significant medical needs, including two with diabetes.

Ms. Harris consistently provides excellent care to every person in her care.
