ResCare is one of Washington's leading providers of services to individuals of all ages who have cognitive, intellectual, or developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide quality supports to enhance lives and help individuals grow and develop. We provide these supports in the home or apartment, as well as in group homes, residential facilities, vocational skills training and day programs, or anywhere that support is needed.

- Providing these supports in the home or apartment, group homes, residential facilities, vocational skills training and day programs, or anywhere else that an individual, the family, or a guardian may require such support
- Effectively managing our resources in order to fulfill our responsibilities to local, state, federal, and private funders
