CNC/Access's corporate office is located in Morganton, North Carolina. We have 47 field offices located across the state of North Carolina and into South Carolina. Our services include in-home personal care, elder care, mental health, developmental disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, early childhood intervention, and case management.

CNC/Access is a licensed Home Care Agency with the NC Division of Facility Services, an enrolled provider of services with the N.C. Division of Medical Assistance, a member of the Association for Home and Hospice Care of North Carolina, and a vendor of Supported Employment with the N.C. Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
