We have held fast to the belief that people want to work, be productive and reach their potential. The programs ResCare has directed have always been, and continue to be, focused on long-term employment solutions – the most direct path to economic self-sufficiency.

In the last forty years, workforce program structures and requirements have evolved, the labor market has changed and the needs and desires of the job seekers we serve have become more diverse. Our innovative and flexible strategies have allowed us to respond rapidly to changes.
