Child Care Services

ResCare’s Arbor Education and Training services help parents and guardians who work, go to school, or participate in training to find and afford quality care for their children through subsidized child care programs. 

Since 1998, we have successfully served infants and children up to the age of 13, families, child care providers, and communities by providing services that include:

• Determining eligibility for subsidized child care services
• Promoting quality child care in the communities we serve
• Educating families to make informed decisions regarding quality child care for their children
• Making payments to child care providers and parents
• Coordinating training and technical assistance to child care teachers and directors
• Introducing families to support services and resources within their communities
• Coordinating electronic benefits transfers (EBTs) to child care providers and/or parents
• Helping families navigate child care and early learning opportunities available to them
