SouthWind-ResCare in Winfield, Kansas was providing services to one of the town’s icons, George "Bicycle Bobby" Estus. He passed away on Friday, October 16, 2009, from a heart-attack. The Arkansas City Traveler did a great tribute to Mr. Estus. Click here to read the story.
